    Iced Chai Tea
Single Serving

1 cup brewed Akachii Chai Tea

1/4 cup Club Soda Water

1 1/2 Teaspoons YaYalicious Vanilla Sugar

2 Tablespoons Coconut Cream

Serve over Ice

      Caramelized Pecans

1 Cup Pecans

1/4 Cup YaYalicious Brown Spiced Sugar

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Salt to Taste & Pinch of Cayenne

Heat Oil & Butter Over Low Heat

Add Pecans & Salt

Stirring about 5 Minutes

Coat & Melt  Pecans in YaYalicious Brown Spice Sugar for 3minutes 

Cool on Parchment Paper

     Mango Pineapple Salsa

1 diced ripe Mango, 1 cup diced Pineapple

½ cup Red Pepper & Yellow Pepper

½ cup minced Red onion

1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded & minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh Thai Basil

1 teaspoon of Crystallized Ginger & Fresh Ginger

Juice of 1 Lime 

Salt & Cayenne Pepper to taste

Mix together: 

2 Teaspoons YaYalicious Jalapeno Lime Honey, 

Zest of 1 Lime, & 2 Tablespoons Rice vinegar

Salt & Cayenne pepper to taste

Then Mix in with all the ingredients

Chill and Serve
