    Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 48 hours of placement. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

    Once your order is placed, it is automatically processed for shipping, you may not cancel an order once it has been submitted.

     

    Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know your order is being processed.  When your order is shipped.  You will receive a separate email confirmation.

     

    We do not accept backorders for  “out of stock” items.  You must wait until the product is back in stock before placing your order.

     

    Shipping Rates

    Flat rate of $3.50 on all others under $30.00, orders for $30.00 and up ships for free.

    • Overnight Shipping is available on some items.  Please email at sales@akachii.com for availability and pricing.
    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • There is no exchange or return of our food items:

    • Akachii Teas, YaYalicious Honey, or Sugars. 

     

    Your satisfaction is our Primary concern.  We offer Store credit or Exchange for items Damaged in Shipping

    All Returns or Exchanges will require a Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMA).   The damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your item. 

    • No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted without a prior RMA Authorization Code.

    You must repackage the item in its Original Package with your Receipt and RMA code. 

    • We cannot accept COD deliveries.
